Cindy Walter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, project management, and human resources technology. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sikich since January 2021, Cindy drives business transformation through people, process, and technology solutions. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on project and vendor management, change management, and team building. Cindy's background includes serving as an Independent Consultant for iRobot, where responsibilities included program management for Workday phases, and holding various director roles at Bose Corporation, which encompassed leading the global implementation of Workday and setting HR technology strategies. Cindy began their career as a Senior Consultant at Executive Alliance, specializing in HR systems and project management. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England College.
