Dan Leffler

Dan Leffler, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Business Succession Planning at Sikich, where Dan leads the practice dedicated to guiding closely held and family-owned businesses in succession planning. Prior to this role, Dan worked at RPM International Inc. as the Director of Financial Planning and Corporate Development, overseeing acquisition assessments and corporate evaluations. Dan's earlier experience includes positions at Sikich and Deloitte, where Dan specialized in mergers and acquisitions, financial consulting, and international tax planning. Dan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
