Therese Midthjell is currently the Director Customer Excellence at Sikri. Prior to this role, Therese held various positions at EVRY, including Head of Departement ECM Support and Teamleder ECM Support. Therese holds a Master of Management degree in Samspill og ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School, and has also pursued additional degrees in Anvendt økonomi og ledelse, Prosjektledelse, and is currently working towards a degree in Bærekraft i praksis.
