Alejandra Guajardo

Alejandra Guajardo is an experienced professional in staff development and education within the Americas area. Currently serving as the Staff Development Team Leader at SIL Global since October 2015, responsibilities include planning and coordinating staff development and assessing training needs. Additionally, Guajardo has held the position of Director of the Continuing Education Department at SIL International, focusing on the design and implementation of trans-cultural training projects. As an independent consultant since 2003, Guajardo designs and facilitates various training initiatives and provides translation and editing services in multiple subjects.
