Karen Floor

Karen Floor is an accomplished professional in the field of organisational development and education, currently serving as the Organisational Development Team Lead at SIL International since May 2022 and as an OD Lead Consultant for Seed Company since September 2021. With extensive experience, including roles such as Coordinator for LuminAfrica from March 2021 to September 2023 and Executive Director of Wycliffe South Africa from January 2010 to March 2021, Karen has dedicated twenty years to operational support for Bible translation in Mozambique, notably as the founding principal of Morningstar International School. Additionally, Karen has contributed to leadership within a religious philanthropic organisation as Executive Council Chair. Karen holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Leadership from the University of Roehampton (2018-2020) and has furthered education at Northwest University and the University of Pretoria.
