Alexander Perez de Leon

Alexander Perez de Leon is an experienced professional in the field of nanoengineering, currently engaged in concept development at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, Alexander studied at the University of California San Diego, earning a B.S. in Nanoengineering with a focus on Chemical Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Alexander contributed to research as a Nanoengineering Researcher in the Xu Research Group, driven by a passion for addressing climate change. Additionally, Alexander gained experience as a Manufacturing Technology Intern at Velodyne Lidar, Inc., focusing on product design and process engineering. Current projects include the development of highly stable low-dimensional perovskite single crystals.
