Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is a Staff Battery Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since August 2019, specializing in the integration of anode materials, slurry optimization, electrochemical testing, and modeling of cell behavior. Previous roles include Senior Battery Engineer, where Gaurav focused on slurry and coating development, and Battery Engineer in the Data Team at Natron Energy, responsible for developing battery testing protocols and data analysis. Gaurav also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University, synthesizing a ceramic separator for lithium-ion batteries, and gained early experience as a Research Trainee at Hindustan Unilever Limited and a Trainee at ONGC.
