Maggie Elkin, MBA, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and people operations. Maggie is currently employed as the Head of People & Culture at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources and Culture Consultant, providing strategic guidance to startups. Maggie has also held positions such as Director of People Operations & Partnerships at Ethos, Senior Director, HRBP at Twilio Inc., Director of Human Resources at Meta Co., Director of People at ZapLabs, Vice President of Global Human Resources at Innovative Interfaces, Director of Business Operations and Director of Human Resources at D.W. Morgan Company, and Manager of Human Resources and Administration at HVS. Maggie Elkin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Stetson University from 1996 to 1999. Maggie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior at California State University-Sacramento between 2002 and 2004. In 2013, they earned a certificate from the University of Washington in the Minority Business Executive Program.
