Sema Ermez Ulusel

Sema Ermez Ulusel is an experienced materials engineer currently serving as a Managing Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Staff Materials Development Engineer and Staff Materials Development Engineer at the same company, and Senior Process Engineer at Lam Research, where Sema played a pivotal role in developing processes for 3D NAND memory devices. With a strong background in materials science and engineering, Sema has contributed to advanced process development for semiconductor applications throughout a career that began with a Ph.D. from MIT in 2016 and included research on III-V nanowires and composite materials at renowned institutions.
