Min Pike

Min Pike has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at SILAC Insurance Company since April 2019. Previously, Min held roles including Annuity Service Manager and annuity team lead at the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at VacationCandy from October 2014 to June 2017, and an Insurance Specialist at Principal Life Insurance Co. for one year. Min also worked at JetBlue Airways in a customer commitment role for over five years. Min's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College, completed between 2002 and 2004.
