Scot Brooksby

Scot Brooksby is an experienced software engineer manager currently working at SILAC Insurance Company since August 2023. As the owner and property manager of Deer Haven Holdings since August 2018, Scot provides exceptional service for short-term rentals in Utah. Previous roles include Vice President of Data Science at Sorenson Communications, where Scot enhanced organizational culture and data management, and Vice President of Engineering & IT at InteractiveCare, where Scot led the development of a medical SaaS startup. Additionally, Scot held various leadership positions at Sorenson Communications, including Engineering Director, and was instrumental in creating core systems and products for videophone technology. Scot holds a BSEET in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University and has extensive experience dating back to 1994 in various software development roles.
