Hasan Mansoor has a diverse background in customer service and sales, currently serving as eCare Support at Silah Gulf since April 2020. Previous experience includes a role as Sales Executive at HungerStation from February 2019 to January 2020, where sales presentations were delivered to prospective clients and sales goals were consistently met. From November 2014 to February 2019, Hasan worked at Zain Bahrain, progressing from Customer Service Specialist, managing a high volume of calls and adhering to call center protocols, to Customer Service Supervisor, where targets for individuals and teams were formulated, and guidance was provided to staff. Hasan holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Bahrain, completed in 2017.
