Hussain AlFardan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hussain began their career in 2009 as a Financial Adviser at Solidarity Bahrain B.S.C. Hussain then worked as a Research Analyst at TAIB Bank B.S.C. (c) from April 2009 to June 2009. In June 2009, they joined OSN as a Customer Service Representative. After a few months, they transitioned to Silah Gulf in December 2009, where they first worked as a Customer Service staff. Over time, they progressed to become a Senior Team Leader managing a team of 20 application agents. Hussain also had the opportunity to visit the head office for different learning skills during their tenure. In September 2015, they became an Operations Manager at Silah Gulf, reporting directly to the General Manager and managing various teams responsible for diverse functions, such as complaint management, technical support, outbound campaigns, and collections management. With their exceptional performance, they were promoted to Senior Operations Manager, driving operational improvements for an inbound and outbound contact center with approximately 300 agents. Hussain'sresponsibilities included maintaining high performance and quality standards. Recently in April 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Operations at Silah Gulf.
Hussain AlFardan has a diverse education history. Hussain attended the University College of Bahrain from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Informatics. During the same period, they also pursued a Diploma in Business Informatics from the University College of Bahrain in 2006 and 2007.
Prior to their university education, Hussain completed their secondary education at Alnaim Secondary School in Bahrain from 1999 to 2002. Hussain earned a Secondary Certificate with a focus on Science. Additionally, they attended Gulf International Institute in 2001, where they studied Science Secondary for a brief period.
In terms of additional certifications, Hussain AlFardan acquired the certification of Certified CX Performance Leader from COPC Inc. in October 2022. Hussain also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification awarded by Bright Future Training Institute in September 2015.
