Natalie Meze

Natalie Meze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in channel management, general management, and entrepreneurship within various sectors, including agri-tech and e-commerce. Currently serving as Channel Manager Horeca at Silal since June 2023, part of ADQ, Meze was previously the General Manager for UAE at Retailo Technologies, overseeing multiple operational verticals and launching new market initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of FrutoMania, Meze successfully established and exited a healthy retail chain in Moscow. Prior roles include Category Manager at Alfa Service, Oil & Gas Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, Spring Intern at J.P. Morgan, and Analyst at Princelet Partners. Meze holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by A-Levels from Albemarle Independent College.
