Paul MacKenzie has over 25 years of experience in information technology. Paul started their career as an In-house/Customer Network Support at Leader Data Processing in 1992 and then worked as a Customer Network Field Support at IntegraONE. In 1997, they joined HPG International, Inc. as a Systems Administrator, where they provided end-user support and server administration. In 1998, they became a Systems Administrator at Silberline®, where they were responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software and hardware systems. Paul then progressed to roles such as Computer Operations Manager, Director of Information Technology, Global Director of Information Technology, and finally, Vice President of Information Technology at Silberline®. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant advancements in technical expertise and implemented various IT initiatives to reduce costs, improve processes, and drive business performance.

Paul MacKenzie completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College in 1992. Paul then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2001. In addition to their degrees, Paul MacKenzie holds certifications such as Certified Novell Engineer from Novell and Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft.
