Behnam Behroozpour

Behnam Behroozpour has worked in the engineering and technology industry since 2010. Behnam began their career as a Teaching Assistant and Student at the University of Twente, where they focused on TDC based ADC design and investigation on analog model for FinFETs with Fin width of 10nm. Behnam then moved to UC Berkeley in 2014, where they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher, Ph.D Candidate, Instructor, and Graduate Student Instructor. In 2016, they joined Bosch Research and Technology Center as a Senior Engineer and Research Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at SiLC Technologies, Inc since 2019, where they hold the roles of Director of Product Engineering and Director of Integrated Circuits Design.

Behnam Behroozpour received their High School Diploma from Shahid Madani (NODET) in 2006, majoring in Mathematics & Physics. Behnam then attended Sharif University of Technology, where they earned their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering-Electronics in 2010. Following this, they obtained an M.Sc. in Microelectronics and Microsystems from the University of Twente in 2012. Lastly, Behnam Behroozpour completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016.
