Pauline Rose

Pauline Rose is an experienced professional with a robust background in optical-electronics and project management. At SILEANE, since November 2017, Pauline has served as the Responsable BU Greentech and Chef de projet. Concurrently, at VISUOL Technologies, Pauline has held the position of Directeur technique since September 2007, overseeing a technical team and managing complex projects for significant industrial clients, as well as product development for the ophthalmic industry. Prior experience includes serving as Ingénieur R&D – Responsable produits, where responsibilities encompassed project lifecycle management, including pre-sales and technical support. Pauline's academic qualifications include an engineering degree from Télécom Saint-Etienne and a Master's in Optics, Photonics, and Microwaves from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, complemented by a thesis in partnership with the Laboratoire Hubert Curien, focusing on industrial phase-shifting deflectometry.
