Luca Penso Dolfin

Luca Penso Dolfin is an experienced bioinformatician currently employed at Silence Therapeutics plc since January 2021. Prior to this role, Luca worked as a computational biologist at DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from February 2019 to December 2020 and at Earlham Institute from October 2014 to February 2019. Luca's academic journey includes a PhD at the University of East Anglia, focusing on genome reconstruction and combinatorial analysis of rearrangement evolution, completed in September 2014. Luca holds a Master's Degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Università degli Studi di Ferrara, earned between 2009 and 2011.
