Jonathan Rucks, PMP

Jonathan Rucks, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of HCM (Human Capital Management) software. Jonathan has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Project Management Office at Silent Eight, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager and PMO Leader at Impetus Consulting Group, where they established a PMO from scratch and developed KPIs for project managers.

Jonathan also worked as a Principal Project Manager and US PMO Lead at Gloat, where they successfully delivered projects for Fortune 500 clients. Jonathan spearheaded cross-functional teams in large-scale global HCM system implementations.

Before that, Jonathan was a Senior Project Manager at Alight Solutions, where they orchestrated and launched Workday HCM software implementations for several clients. Jonathan also provided coaching and mentoring to their teams.

Jonathan's previous experience includes roles at Infor, Sability, Guidant Group, and Slade Kennedy Consulting (both as an Owner and as a Project Manager for Cox Communications), where they managed various HR software implementations and completed projects within budget and time constraints.

Jonathan Rucks, PMP, completed their education at Georgia State University from 1997 to 1999. Jonathan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. In addition to their degree, Jonathan has also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2015.
