Marc Packler is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Marc started their career in 1996 as a Communications/Cyber Officer for the United States Air Force and held various positions leading to their appointment as the Executive Director (Commander) of the HQ Cyberspace Capabilities Center in 2019. Marc has also worked as the Senior Director of Legislative Affairs for the United States Cyber Command, Cyber Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution Lead C4/Cyber for The Joint Staff, and Legislative Fellow for the Office of Senator Benjamin Nelson of Nebraska in the United States Senate. In 2021, they became the President, CISO Advisory for Silent Quadrant. Currently, they are the Founder and Principal of Quadrant Four and a Consultant for CEdge Inc. Marc holds a number of certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CASP, PMP, and TS/SCI.

Marc Packler has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Alabama, which they obtained in 1996. Marc also completed a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Webster University in 2001. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College. Marc is currently pursuing an Executive Education certificate in Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from Carnegie Mellon University, which will conclude in 2022. Marc has obtained various certifications in their career, including the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, CompTIA Security+ Certification from CompTIA in 2010, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2020. Additionally, they have achieved several professional certifications in information security, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2013, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner+ (CASP+) from CompTIA in 2021, and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2019.
