Kristin Knox has a long and varied work experience. Kristin began their career in 1998 as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch. In 1999, they moved to HSBC as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group. In 2003, they were a Teaching Assistant for Finance 2 at Harvard Business School. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Harvard University in a variety of roles, including Acting Director of the Office of Institutional Research, Senior Project Analyst in the Office of Institutional Research, and Independent Consultant in the Office of the President. In 2009, they were the Director of the Strategy and Analysis Group in the College Readiness Products Division at The College Board. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Capstone Project for Northeastern LEVEL Data Analytics Program at Partners In Health. Most recently, they have been a Staff Scientist at Silent Spring Institute since 2019.
Kristin Knox attended Harvard University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Kristin then returned to Harvard University from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Economics. In 2018, they completed a LEVEL Data Analytics Certificate from Northeastern University.
