Nirdit Grinberg

Nirdit Grinberg has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young, where they oversaw the audit of traded companies, startups, and other privately held companies specializing in IFRS and U.S. GAAP. From 2008 to 2010, they were Divisional Controller at Orbotech Ltd. From 2010 to 2015, they were VP Finance and Acting CFO at SunGard, where they were responsible for all finance related tasks and managed a team of four. From 2015 to 2019, they were Director of Finance (Head of Finance) at OPKO Biologics Ltd., where they were responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company, managed and developed the local TAX strategics of the company, established the local Finance Ops team in the new company, and implemented several financial SW systems. From 2021 to 2022, they were VP Finance at Skai. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Silentium Ltd.

Nirdit Grinberg obtained a B.A. in Economics with a focus in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2006. In 2018, they completed the CFO Qualification Program for Business & Management Leadership at the Magid Institute. Nirdit also holds certifications as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the Israeli Ministry of Justice and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
