Charu Garg

Charu Garg is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, compliance, and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Western Digital since September 2021, Charu manages accounting and compliance for the Software Development office in India. Prior roles include Associate Director at EY, supporting legal entities and shared services globally, and General Manager at Schneider Electric, where Charu oversaw compliance for major legal entities in India, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific, while significantly expanding the global tax and compliance function. Additional roles at Huawei Technologies India, iCode™, Mobiapps, and earlier positions provided a solid foundation in finance, tax, and accounting, complemented by a Chartered Accountancy credential from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
