Athena Floro Gaerlan

Athena Floro Gaerlan, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles within the communications and sales strategy field. Athena is currently serving as the Director of Communications and Sales Strategy at Silergy. Prior to joining Silergy, Athena worked as the Director of Communications and Staff Operations at Analog Devices. Athena has also held multiple positions at Maxim Integrated, including Senior Program Manager in Corporate Services, Senior Program Manager in Marketing, Program Manager in Marketing, and Specialist in Events and Communications. Their earliest known position was as a Human Resources Assistant at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).

Athena Floro Gaerlan, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leading Innovative Organizations at Santa Clara University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from Santa Clara University, graduating in 2012. Additionally, they have recently obtained certifications in Introduction to Social Media Marketing and Social Media Management from Coursera in 2022.
