Spencer Hu

Spencer Hu serves as the General Manager of the Battery Management Business Unit at Silergy since April 2023, overseeing global responsibilities. Prior to this role, Spencer held various positions at Texas Instruments from February 2013 to April 2023, including Director of xEV/EV BMS Products, where responsibilities included strategy creation, product roadmap definition, and R&D execution. Spencer also managed system and functional safety, achieving market growth at double the rate of the industry and penetrating major OEM platforms in multiple regions. Earlier experience includes work as an Automotive BMS System Engineer and an Analog Design Intern, contributing to the development of communication devices for automotive applications. Spencer holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Wuhan University of Technology.
