Ali Sadigh

Ali Sadigh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software design and development within the electronic design automation (EDA) field. Currently serving as Principal Software Design Engineer at Silicon Integration Initiative, Inc. since January 2021, Ali previously held the role of Principal Software Engineer at AVEVA, focusing on research and development in data acquisition and historization. Prior experience includes positions at Cadence Design Systems as a Senior Member of Consulting Staff, specializing in analog/mixed-signal simulation, and a lengthy tenure at IBM Corp. that encompassed both Senior and Advisory Engineering roles, where significant contributions were made to the PowerSPICE circuit simulator and the development of a production-quality API-driven simulator. Ali's career began at Compact Software, now Ansys, working on advanced electromagnetic simulation tools. Ali holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
