Akansha Jain

Akansha Jain is a seasoned technical recruiter at Silicon Labs since September 2021, with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Prior to this role, Akansha held various positions at Spectrum Consultants India Private Limited from June 2017 to August 2021, progressing from Associate Consultant to Team Lead and Senior Consultant, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment process and profile sourcing. Akansha also gained foundational HR experience as an HR Intern at Amar Ujala Publications Ltd in 2016, engaged in recruitment, selection, training, and compensation processes.
