Phil Matthews

Phil Matthews has extensive experience in engineering leadership, having held various senior positions in esteemed companies such as Silicon Laboratories, ST-Ericsson, and NXP Semiconductors. At Silicon Laboratories, Phil served as Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Senior Design Manager, demonstrating a strong trajectory in engineering roles. Phil's career also includes key positions at ST-Ericsson as Director of Engineering and at NXP Semiconductors as Design Manager, along with earlier roles at PrairieComm and as a Design Engineer at Silicon Laboratories. Phil Matthews holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
