Michael Fink's work experience starts with their current role as Silicon Plains at Silicon Plains, LLC, where they empower business owners with customized cyber security and IT solutions. Michael joined the company in May 2019.

In 2023, Michael becomes a business owner at two different companies. At NewBridge Equity Partners, they help businesses grow and assists with successful exits. At Performance Growth Coach, they coach and mentors business owners during the startup and growth phases.

Prior to these roles, Michael owned a business called Revenue Marketing, which focused on increasing revenues through innovative and effective marketing strategies. Michael started this venture in January 2012 and ran it until their next business ownership venture.

Michael also has experience as a business owner at Rental Solutions, a real estate investing company specializing in multi-family properties. Michael joined this company in February 2008 and provided consistent and reliable returns to investors.

Before diving into entrepreneurship, Michael worked as an Engineer from August 2013 to April 2019. Additionally, they served as a Business Owner at National Capital Solutions Corporation from January 2012 to December 2013, where they specialized in providing commercial loans and leases to businesses for equipment and real estate.

Michael's career began in 2011 as a Senior Account Executive at Integra Telecommunications Ltd before moving on to become a Service Sales Executive at Corporate Technologies LLC in 2012.

Michael Fink's education history includes attending North Dakota State University and the University of Mary. At North Dakota State University, they studied Business Administration, and at the University of Mary, they focused on Business Management. Prior to their university studies, Michael attended West Fargo High School.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications. Michael received certifications in Personal Finance and Wealth Creation, 64 Traits of Great Entrepreneurs, Incoming Call Mastery, Internet Lead Response Strategies, Advanced Closing & Negotiating Strategies, Advanced Follow-Up Strategies, Mastering the Close, Professional Prospecting Strategies, Sales Fundamentals, The Perfect Sales System, and Understanding Buyer Psychology from Grant Cardone. Michael also earned the Frictionless Sales Certified certification from HubSpot and the Certified Wired Portfolio (ICX) Sales (WSS) and Certified Wireless Portfolio Sales (WLSS) certifications from Ruckus Networks. The certifications from Grant Cardone were obtained in 2022, while the Frictionless Sales Certified certification was obtained in 2020 and the Ruckus Networks certifications were obtained in 2019.
