Kai Schröder

Kai Schröder is the current Head of Finance & QM at Silicon Radar. Prior to this, they worked as a trainee at Zächel GmbH from January 2015 to July 2016, where they were responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis. Kai also created presentations, managed the contract database, and handled some basic accounting tasks. From February 2013 to February 2014, Kai Schröder worked as a student intern at Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), where they assisted with various projects, including the preparation of documents for use in audits and monthly reports. Kai also worked on a project titled "Communications Controlling in the Public Transport Sector". Prior to their work at BVG, Kai Schröder completed two internships, one at Gemtec GmbH in June 2012 and one at 2017 Sekretariat Sønderborg from June to September 2011.

Kai Schröder has a Master of Arts in Europäisches Management from TH Wildau, and also studied European Studies at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark during an exchange semester.

Kai Schröder reports to Anja Bölicke, CEO. They are on a team with Dieter Genschow - Head of Radar System Design, Selahattin Berk Yilmaz - Head of Radar Hardware Design, and Katrin Blum - Head of Supply Chain Management.
