Katrin Blum

Katrin Blum is the current Head of Supply Chain Management at Silicon Radar. Katrin has over 25 years of experience in the field of microelectronics, including research and management positions.

Katrin started their career in 1985 as a Research Scientist at IHP - Innovation for high Performance Microelectronics. Katrin remained in this position for 19 years, until 2004 when they moved to ZFOUNDRY as their Process Improvement Coordinator. After two years at ZFOUNDRY, Katrin returned to IHP for a brief period before moving to First Solar in 2007 as their Quality Manager. In 2012, they left First Solar to join Melexis Microelectronic Integrated Systems as their Manager. Katrin remained with Melexis until 2014, when they took their current position at Silicon Radar.

Katrin Blum studied chemistry at the TH Leuna Merseburg, where they earned their Diplomchemiker degree.

They are on a team with Dieter Genschow - Head of Radar System Design, Wojciech Andrzej Debski - Managing Director & CTO, and Wolfgang Winkler - Manager, Innovations & Founder. Katrin Blum reports to Anja Bölicke, CEO.
