Anna Clare Monlezun

Anna Clare Monlezun, PhD has a diverse work experience in various roles related to grazinglands and livestock management, renewable energy production, and ecosystem services. Anna Clare is the Founder and Grazinglands & Livestock Management Facilitator at Graze LLC. Anna is also the Owner and Rancher at La Dolce Vita Ranch. Anna Clare has worked as a Research Lead and Project Manager at Silicon Ranch Corporation, where they are involved in a DOE-funded research project focusing on a multi-purpose agrivoltaic system. Additionally, Anna has been a Program Developer and Technical Service Provider at Northway Ranch Services, and a Project Scientist at Creekbank Associates. Anna Clare has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University, where they co-led a capstone course and mentored group projects with community stakeholders. Anna Clare Monlezun, PhD, has a diverse education history. Anna Clare completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability at Colorado State University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Animal Sciences from the same university between 2015 and 2018. Anna also holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Community Counseling from Appalachian State University, which they earned from 2003 to 2005. Anna Clare'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities and Comparative Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal degrees, Anna has also obtained several certifications. These include Animal Care and Use Training and Bovine Artificial Insemination certifications from Colorado State University in 2016. Anna Clare also holds a Beef Quality Assurance Certification from the Beef Quality Assurance Program, acquired in 2015. Beyond their scientific training, Anna has a License as a Professional Counselor granted by the State of Colorado, which they obtained in 2008.
