Thanh Tu has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. They started their career at INFORMATION SCIENCES INSTITUTE in Marina Del Rey, CA, where they worked in VLSI Design management from 1984 to 1990. They then moved on to Western Digital Corporation in Irvine, CA, where they worked in Design Automation management from 1990 to 1995. After that, Thanh Tu worked at Zilog, Inc as the Director of Design Technology Services from 1995 to 1997. They then joined SST as Vice President of Engineering, later becoming Vice President of Corporate Engineering, where they played a key role in global engineering operations, contract negotiation, and M&A integration from 1997 to 2012. Thanh Tu also worked as a Senior Advisor at Wave Design Technology, Inc from 2012 to 2013 and as a PSO at Rambus from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Thanh Tu is the President & CEO of Aldesto Systems Corporation, where they oversee various aspects of the company, including fundraising, partnerships, and daily operations.
Thanh Tu has a Master of Science in Electrophysics from the University of Southern California. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university.
