Gia Ilole

Gia Ilole, SPHR, sHRBP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Silicon Valley Clean Energy since September 2023, focusing on transforming HR functions. Previously, Gia held the same position at Cheetah, where responsibilities included leading HR for a growing Series C technology and logistics start-up. Earlier roles included Director of Human Resources at Ventura County District Attorney and Assistant General Manager of Administration at BART, overseeing HR, Procurement, and Labor functions. Gia's extensive career also features positions such as Principal Strategist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Talent Acquisition Manager at SAIC.
