Monica Haskin

As human resources senior generalist, Monica is responsible for benefits administration, leaves of absence, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee development, workers’ compensation and recruiting. In addition, she assists the human resources department in the day-to-day administration functions and supports the vice president of talent, recruitment and culture.

Monica received her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in business administration, with a concentration in human resource management. She also has her master's degree in business administration, with emphasis in organizational behavior and strategy, from the University of California, Davis.

Monica was born and raised in the Bay Area and her favorite sport is soccer.
