Senior Analog Design Engineer at Si-Vision

Mohamed ElBadry, M.Sc. has a diverse work experience in the field of analog design engineering. Mohamed started their career at Si-Vision in 2018, where they held various roles. As a Junior Analog Design Engineer, they worked from August 2018 to September 2019. Later, they transitioned to the role of AMS Design Engineer, focusing on digital delay lines for DDR systems and PLL for SerDes PHYs on 14nm and 7nm technologies. Mohamed was involved in top level simulations, VCO, dividers, and ESD protection. Currently, Mohamed holds the position of Senior Analog Design Engineer at Si-Vision, starting from September 2021.

Prior to Si-Vision, Mohamed worked as an Analog/RF IC design intern at Si-Vision for a year from May 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they gained research experience as a RA intern at the Opto-Nano-Electronics (ONE) Research Lab from July 2016 to September 2016, focusing on band gap circuits and their application in low-power biomedical devices.

Additionally, Mohamed participated in a workshop on analog electronics organized by IEEE CUSB in 2015. Mohamed also received training in C under Linux at Smart Apps for a month in August 2015.

Mohamed ElBadry, M.Sc. completed their Master's degree in Mmwaves circuit Design at Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Prior to their master's studies, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2013 to 2018. Before entering university, they completed their high school education at Sphinx Language School in an undisclosed year.
