Sherif Maher

Sherif Maher has a diverse work experience in the field of digital design engineering. Sherif is currently employed at Si-Vision as a Staff Digital Design Engineer since 2022. Prior to this, Sherif worked at Mentor Graphics as an FPGA Prototyping Lead from 2015 to 2022. Sherif gained experience in working with various types of FPGAs during this role. Before that, they worked at Wasiela (former Varkon Semiconductors) as a Digital Design Engineer from 2012 to 2015, where they designed and implemented different controllers and hardware blocks using Verilog. Sherif's career started at Ericsson in 2010, where they worked as a Field Engineer until 2012. Sherif was responsible for installing, configuring, and supervising Ericsson devices and sites, along with managing teams and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Sherif Maher completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University from 2005 to 2010. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Hardware Engineering at the same institution.
