A.J. Marchetta, LEED AP BD C, is an experienced AEC Business Manager at Silikal America since April 2011, focusing on strategic development in new markets and channels. Previous roles include Division Manager at FlooRx Systems, where comprehensive solutions for flooring issues were provided; Director of Business Development at Sub Floor Solutions, responsible for establishing new offices in the Southeast; and Managing Partner at MarchWoodTurner, LLC, leading sales and marketing for a diverse client base. A.J. also served as Director General at Kemtech, SA de CV, managing joint ventures and wet process control systems in Mexico, and was President of March Companies, transforming a regional business into a nationally recognized entity. Education includes a BS in Economics from Wagner College and MS candidacy in Urban Planning and Institute of Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Minnesota, respectively.
