Sarah Kwan, PhD, is the founder of Kwan Psychology, a BIPOC and women-led group practice focused on dignity, inclusion, and self-determination, offering psychotherapy, sex therapy, and clinical supervision since May 2015. With extensive experience in clinical supervision and psychotherapy, Sarah has supervised therapists in private practice, mentored interns, and provided trauma-informed care to women and teenagers. In addition to current roles as a scientific advisor at Silk and Sonder and as a consulting clinical supervisor for the Community Youth Center of San Francisco, prior positions included clinical supervision at RAMS, Inc. Sarah holds a PhD in School Psychology from Fordham University and certifications in sex therapy, contributing to a strong foundation in mental health studies and education.
