Efi Sandler

Efi Sandler is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support and system integration. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager for the Americas at Silk since January 2020, Efi has successfully led cross-functional teams, driving innovation through the adoption of new technologies. Previously, as a Support Escalation Engineer and Support Engineer, Efi managed technical projects and served as the primary contact for critical incidents while demonstrating expertise in both Linux and Windows server administration. Prior experience includes a role as a System Integration Specialist at Comm-IT and various positions within the Israeli Air Force, where Efi maintained large virtual infrastructures and managed enterprise-level data centers. Efi holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from IAF Technological College, Haifa.
