Liran Gabay is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Silk. Liran has over fifteen years of experience in the customer success and technical support field.

Liran started their career at Mamram, where they were the Storage & Backup team leader. Liran then moved to NetApp, where they were the Technical Support Manager. In this role, they led a team of escalations specialists who provided support to customers in Europe.

In 2015, Liran joined Kaminario as the Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they were tasked with building the support team from scratch. Liran hired support engineers, managers, and SAM/TAMs in the US and EMEA. Liran also implemented support policies, processes, workflows, and tools. In addition, they drove product supportability features such as telemetry systems, BI, and ML engines.

Liran has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence. Liran has built strong relationships with product management, engineering, sales, and of course, customers.

Liran Gabay has a technical degree in electronics -RF from Amit Amal. Liran is also certified from SCP as a Certified Support Manager.

Their manager is Dani Golan, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Eran Mann - Chief Architect, Chris Buckel - VP of Global Business Development and European Sales, and Guy Lorman - VP, Product Owner.
