Poul Hansen

Poul Hansen is the current Director at Silkeborg IF. Prior to their current position, they held various HR positions at different companies including Silkeborg IF A/S, HR Effekt A/S, AS3 Transition, and P-HR Sparring. Poul has also been a part-time teacher at the Danish Insurance Academy and a sales agent at Baltica Insurance Company. Poul has over 30 years of experience in the HR field and is highly knowledgeable in sales, psychology, transaction analysis, and assertiveness. Poul is also responsible for the Danish Cooperation and the European Work Council.

Poul Hansen has a Mini MBA in Organizational Leadership from Probana Business School, and is also a certified Process Consultant from the same school. Poul has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Herning Business School, and is also a Certified Insurance Agent from the Danish Insurance Academy. In addition, they have a Højere Handelseksamen from Herning Business School and a Studenter eksamen in math and physics from Esbjerg Statsskole. Finally, they are certified in AS3 Transition Coaching and SHL OPQ 32 & MQ Personal profile from AS3 Transition and SHL respectively.
