Aleksandra Gruszka is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Silky Coders since April 2021, Aleksandra has previously held recruitment specialist roles at LPP S.A. and HR Solutions Aleksandra Bors, as well as positions in IT recruitment at Seargin and IT Kontrakt. With a strong foundation in social work from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie and an advanced degree in organizational psychology from the University of Gdansk, Aleksandra brings a comprehensive understanding of both recruitment and organizational dynamics to the field.
