Daniel T. Perlman, Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Practice Group, has over 20 years of experience representing public and private companies in a range of matters impacting their strategic business decisions. His practice focuses on representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all phases of business acquisitions, dispositions and finance. He has worked with clients in a range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, fintech and online platforms, among others.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Perlman was the founder and managing partner of a boutique law firm with offices in New York and New Jersey, as well as the founder and CEO of an online real estate transaction platform. Prior to that, he practiced law at the New York office of McDermott Will & Emery and the New Jersey office of Reed Smith. Mr. Perlman started his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
