David G. Cherna

David G. Cherna joined the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department after working in both the public and private sectors for over 25 years. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the Vice President and Senior Leasing Counsel for Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, a substantial real estate investment and acquisition company. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and General Counsel – Real Estate of Pathmark Stores, Inc. and General Counsel of Kushner Companies. In the early nineties, he served as Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Law.
