Lauren C. Watson is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. Ms. Watson has a diverse civil litigation practice, with a concentration in complex commercial litigation in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York.

Ms. Watson represents a variety of financial institutions, corporations and individuals. Her financial institutions practice encompasses defensive and affirmative litigation, and has included cases arising under federal and state securities laws, the Uniform Commercial Code, and consumer protection and credit reporting statutes.
