Matthew J. Correia

Matthew J. Correia is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Correia’s practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He also has extensive experience prosecuting and defending foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes and negotiating complex construction contracts.

Mr. Correia advises private lenders and financial institutions on commercial loans, ensuring closings are in compliance with the lenders’ requirements and all government regulations. Additionally, Mr. Correia is experienced with wills, trusts and probate matters.
