Paul Sutton

Paul Sutton is Sills Cummis & Gross P.C.'s Director of Training and Staff Development. He is responsible for the overall training programs that are designed and implemented at the Firm. In addition to the administration of the Firm’s training program, Mr. Sutton conducts most of the technical training classes for the Firm’s employees.

Before coming to the Firm, Mr. Sutton’s extensive experience included more than twelve years as a teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science in public education and eight years as a technical manager, network designer and trainer for a major computer company. For nine years Mr. Sutton was the Director of MIS for the Firm before taking his current position as Director of Training. As Director of Training he has implemented an on-going training program for existing employees and a comprehensive training and orientation program for all new employees of the Firm, a unique skills certification program for secretaries and a library of customized training videos.
