Richard Epstein

Richard Epstein currently serves as the Deputy Managing Partner and Co-Chairman of the Litigation Department at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., a position held since January 1997. Previously, Richard Epstein was the Co-Chairman of the Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included moderating panels on topics such as settlement/mediation techniques and improving relationships between outside and in-house counsel. Richard Epstein began his legal career as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from June 1992 to January 1997. Educationally, Richard Epstein holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University.
