Maddy Sherman

Maddy Sherman currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Silna, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Maddy was a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Brex from March 2023 to May 2025, leading product marketing efforts for the Brex Card. Maddy's career includes roles as a Senior Product Marketing Strategist at Attentive, a position held from January 2022 to January 2023, and experience in global merchandising strategy at Gap Inc. from February 2019 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Maddy participated in a rotational management program and held several internships, including a marketing and buying internship at Bloomingdale's and a marketing and public relations internship at Brooklyn PR. Maddy is the owner of Madelyn Jade Designs and interned at Lizzie Mandler Fine Jewelry. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and has studied at Università Bocconi.
